In these cases, the payer must withhold tax before remitting payment to the recipient and then submit the withheld amount to the Revenue Department.

However, in the case of product sales, where FUJISiam888 Co., Ltd. (a juristic entity) is the seller and issues proper tax invoices/receipts in compliance with the law, no withholding tax is required, since sales income does not fall under the categories subject to withholding tax.

Therefore, when customers purchase goods from FUJIS, the system will issue tax-compliant invoices, and there is no need to apply withholding tax.
